Fat Pad - Hoffa Syndrome
Hoffa syndrome is hypertrophy and inflammation of the infrapatellar fat pad secondary to impingement between the femoral condyles and tibial plateau during knee extension. This may also be due to direct trauma and overuse or irritation from posterior tilt of inferior pole of patella.
